Hazel and Charlie loved having Grandma and Grandpa around (even though they acted pretty bratty at times). How could you not love having people around who read you stories whenever you need them, who bring you presents and actually play them with you and who have a swimming pool at their hotel.
Hazel was in heaven as she worked on various projects and crafts with Grandma during Charlie's naps. And Charlie was thrilled that he got to go with Grandpa and Jeff to do all their "fixer guy" things.....including eating a lot of "Grandpa food" (Hostess products, cheese spread and summer sausage).
Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Shumway for bearing so many gifts....and mostly for the gift of your time....a whole week of help and quality attention for the kids. Priceless.
Man, my blog reader did NOT tell me about these blog entries. I've been missing you so much and wishing for pictures and here they were the whole time! I've got to get Eli to hook me up! Beautiful kids, beautiful parents and beautiful photography!
