Emmeline 7 weeks

Here is Emmeline at 7 weeks. She is by far our best baby yet. Totally mellow. Sleeps really pretty well....smiles at the drop of a hat....farts really well (we're convinced this is why she is so mellow....she can sure get that gas out). We are all enjoying her so much.

Do you like the pile of laundry? At first I was trying to cover that up so that I could take some decent pictures of our little girl who is growing way too fast....but then I realized that piles of laundry are kind of our life right now.....this is what this poor third child gets.....

piles of laundry and a super doting big brother Charlie. This guy can NOT get enough of her. Mostly he is very sweet, but seems to always be mauling her when she's trying to eat or burp or otherwise pass gas. Luckily she doesn't seem to mind his affection as much as I do.

Help!

I can not believe how fast she is growing. Contrast this picture to the one of her as a little ball on my shoulder at one week.

And yes, this is what my bedroom looks like most of the time these days.
