Pretty much any day where the weather reaches 40 degrees Charlie asks to play outside. And boy does he play. A lot of the time Hazel's not too interested in going out and freezing her bum off, so he goes by himself. He zooms around on his "bike," back and forth on our hideous black asphalt backyard. When we moved into the house the first thing I wanted to do was to rip out that asphalt and put in grass. Some wise friends of ours with older kids told us that we'd love it once our kids were old enough for bikes. Sure enough, it's way up there on my favorite things list lately.

Oh my gosh, Charlie is so big. These pictures are priceless -- life in the fast lane, as a three-year-old!
ReplyDeleteWe miss you guys!
Wow, we love that kid! That pizzazy personality must have something to do with that caul!
