How in the world can we thank Grandma and Grandpa Shumway enough for such a spectacular reunion. We all enjoyed it on so many different levels. There is really nothing like being able to watch your kids get to know their grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins better in such a fun and breathtakingly beautiful environment. And as a parent, there is nothing better than reverting back and being taken care of by great parents.
And, there is really nothing better than watching your kids get adored by their grandparents. Sharing the pride you have for your kids with people who love them almost as much as you do feels really good.
Here's Hazel with her "Grandma Shumway" blanket.....she and Grandma are sitting in the very spot where we all helped (a teeny tiny bit) with the quilting 4 years ago while I was expecting her. My, how time has flown by!

Thank you for the thank you. We loved having everyone together. The good weather at the beach and driving the A in the parade were added bonuses. THANK YOU!!! for all the pictures. Reliving it is twice the fun.
